Billed an early termination fee for moving and keeping Xfinity
I recently moved from Florida to Arizona. In preparation for my move I contacted Xfinity ahead of time, on September 16, 2024. I scheduled my internet at my FL address to be disconnected on September 30, 2024. I did not have a forwarding address. I arrived in AZ and ordered my Xfinity service on October 2, 2024. The service at my new address was activated on October 5, 2024. However, the service at the FL address was never disconnected. I did not learn this until I was notified of a bill for the month of October. I contacted Xfinity again to disconnect service and explained. I was told the bill would be reversed and service was disconnected. The service was disconnected but I was billed an early termination fee. I contacted Xfinity again and was told this fee would be reversed. This request was denied weeks later. I now have an early termination fee and additional fees when I am still an Xfinity customer. I have contacted Xfinity five times and receive assurances that the fees are reversed, just to get bills with more fees.

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
