Any offers for Diamond customers?

My one year agreement is expiring in the next few days and price is quite high almost double a new Xfinity customer and competitors. I tried calling customer service and visit a Xfinity store with no luck in any promotions for long time Diamond customers.  Do you have to leave to a competitor and comeback later after some time as a new customer to get a deal?

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out @jman88888888. We were able to provide you with some available and eligible offers as well and looking over some downgrade options. At this time, you choose to not make any account changes. We appreciate you being a valued member of our Xfinity Community and a Diamond Xfinity Rewards member. We hope you have a great rest of your day.

Thanks for taking a look both Janelle and Demitrius. Too bad there are no good offers at the moment and my bill will almost double unless I really downgrade my speed.  Would be nice to see in the future maybe different tiers of offers.  Not only new customers get that good pricing, but long time Diamond reward customers.  It would give incentive to stick with Xfinity.
