Am I supposed to post a new forum message every time I am requesting a credit to my account?
This seems like terrible practice and just dishonest of Comcast to make people jump through these kinds of hoops to get what is owed. I just want my service to work. Clearly, it has not been working. And Comcast won't honor refunding services that have not been rendered? Some people would call that theft.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
