Added a new person to the contact but not showing up on billing statement

My partner added myself to his xfinity contract but my name isn’t showing up. We need documentation with both of our names for some application we’re filling out. We need it urgently. Could someone help us with this? The people on chat were not very helpful.

Hi there @honeylav!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfintiy Support here on our Community Forum.  We are so glad to hear from you and happy to assist in any way that we can.  No worries!  You have reached out to the right team, and we are going to help get things squared away for you.  With adding someone to the account as a manager or authorized user, that individual will not appear on a billing statement.  If you are looking to have them added as an account owner, a complete change of ownership would need to be completed in your local Xfinity Store.

Great question, @honeylav. Absolutely. This would be creating a secondary XFINITY ID with the manager role. Just so you are aware, you can actually create up to 7 XFINITY IDs on the account with different roles to access everything from managing your account to enjoying your entertainment.
