Add spouse's name to bills

Hello,

I added my spouse as a Manager to my account with the main goal to see her name on bills. I received my first bill, but I'm not seeing her name on it. Please advise what I should do to add her name to our bills?

Hello @user_ffff42 and thank you for the great question. =] As of right now, the ability to add a secondary name to an actual statement is restricted to official employees. We can add your spouses name as a secondary name, which will appear on the next bill beneath your name. Please start a peer-to-peer chat thread with us to initiate this change;

 

To send a peer-to-peer chat:

  • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link: https://comca.st/3rgL3M8
  • From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
  • Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

We ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address alongside your spouses name that needs to be added. We'll update it in the system.

 

You can always edit your name as well in 'My Account', though this would only affect your name: Edit Name in My Account
