Added a new person to the contact but not showing up on billing statement
My partner added myself to his xfinity contract but my name isn’t showing up. We need documentation with both of our names for some application we’re filling out. We need it urgently. Could someone help us with this? The people on chat were not very helpful.

No worries! You have reached out to the right team, and we are going to help get things squared away for you. With adding someone to the account as a manager or authorized user, that individual will not appear on a billing statement. If you are looking to have them added as an account owner, a complete change of ownership would need to be completed in your local Xfinity Store.
