5 year price lock
So when I initially signed on to Xfinity the five year price lock wasn't an option and I didn't know if I was going to be living in my apartment for another year while I am and I noticed that Xfinity has this new thing where people get to lock their price for 5 years I would like that option too but I don't see it available for existing customers my current deal with Xfinity expires next month however I would like to lock my price in I need a customer service rep to directly message me

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

My current deal is also going to be ending soon and I'm interested in the 5 year price guarantee as well. Were you able to get this resolved and lock in a price for the 5 years?

I have Essentials, but to have all that I want my price is almost what I use to pay, with landline. I tried another Landline service, I am not happy with it and now your landline is $40. Can you come down on that? And also I would like to if the 5 year price is really a great deal, or do you up the price over a yearly cost?
