5 year price lock

So when I initially signed on to Xfinity the five year price lock wasn't an option and I didn't know if I was going to be living in my apartment for another year while I am and I noticed that Xfinity has this new thing where people get to lock their price for 5 years I would like that option too but I don't see it available for existing customers my current deal with Xfinity expires next month however I would like to lock my price in I need a customer service rep to directly message me

user_nuuqfa My team can help you look into new promotions today, and check on that 5-year pricing. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
