24 Month Contact Discount

My 24 month Contract Discount of $49/month expired on 11/02/2022.  This represents a significant increase in my bill.  Can the 24 month contract discount be renewed?  If not, I will begin looking into alternate services.  Thank you.

@e102389. Thanks for reaching out about getting a new promotion. It is all about what promotions we have at this time and we can go over options with you. Can you send a direct message with your name and address? 

 

Make sure you are signed in to forums

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon(direct message) near the bell icon. 2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

2. Hit the compose button to the right of "conversations"

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

I received a call from and 888 # claiming to be from Xfinity.  The offer was for my same level of service for 50% if I pay 6 months up and sign up for 24 months is this a legitimate offer?

Have you gotten a call claiming to be from Comcast asking you to buy gift cards or paying upfront for six months or more in exchange for 50% off your bill?  If so, the FTC is well aware of this scam.  If you get a call like this you can report it to     https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/
Please help to stop the spread of this kind of fraud.
