Supported Phones for Visually Impaired
After speaking with Customer Service representatives, both in-person and online, it seems that Xfinity does not support any phones usable by visually impaired individuals. My brother needs a phone with buttons he can feel. By not supporting such phones, it seems you are discriminating against this group of people. If we can't find a resolution, we will likely have to switch to a more accommodating provider. Which is frustrating, as we just moved over from T-Mobile.
Are any options available?

Hi there, @user_50nzhi I completely understand your concerns, and I can see why this situation would be frustrating, especially after recently switching providers. Xfinity Mobile primarily supports smartphones such as iPhones and Samsung Galaxy devices, which offer built-in accessibility features like Apple's VoiceOver and Android's TalkBack to assist customers who are visually impaired. However, these devices generally rely on touchscreens rather than physical tactile keypads.
