I canceled my service on July 1st and noticed I am scheduled to be billed on the 10th.  Is it canceled? I would like a phone number to call

If you canceled on July 1st, the billing may have already processed for the next cycle, but we’ll take a closer look to confirm whether the account is fully canceled and what that bill includes. Sometimes final charges or adjustments show up after cancellation, depending on your billing cycle.

 

We can check into it here, but if you’d still prefer to call, the best number to reach our billing team is 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489). Just say "cancel service" when prompted to get to the right department.
