Peacock Xfinity Error Loop

Hello! Our perk disappeared and just came back as a perk after the super bowl. Trying to activate it with all emails known in our household has yielded the same error! Unless someone hacked the xfinity or peacock the account email shouldn't have changed from what is saved in my tv's roku. The robot assistant has been of zero help for any of my problems so here I am.

Putting in my account email and the same that is used for the peacock yields a PPG_0017_27ada1c error. We have tried all other emails and still same error and the status of our peacock still says unactivated on our account.
