Paramount+ : I cannot access the CC options with the Xfinity remote when streaming

I can use the remote to navigate the Paramount+ app in Xfinity, but when streaming a program and pressing a button (direction button for instance) to bring the interface where the CC button is, I cannot navigate to it.

It is ON by default and I cannot turn it OFF or alter it.

Any suggestion?

Right now I have to cast from my phone to have full access to the functionalities, but I would appreciate being able to have full access from the App in Xfinity directly.

Thank you for reaching out @user_0y3vyf To turn off closed captioning on the Paramount+ app, while a video is playing, look for the "CC" button (usually located in the top right corner of the video player) and click it until the closed captioning is disabled; you can also access settings within the app to adjust closed captioning options.

Thanks, I actually found out the problem only occurred during the Champions League multiplex - when watching a game I cannot navigate the UI to turn CC on/off. But it works when watching any other program.
