No Dial Tone

I just rearranged my living room and had to unplug everything to do so.
once the job was finished, everything reconnected fine except my landline.
I’ve tried restarting several times but my phone keeps displaying the words “No Line”

please help!

Hey @user_ef3pk0, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the Xfinity Voice service. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.

Typically, the "No Line" error indicates that the phone is plugged into the incorrect port. If you have an Xfinity Gateway, there should be two phone ports if you subscribe to two phone lines. Have you attempted to try the second port on the modem to see if that provides your phone with a ringtone?

Well, I DID try that when setting everything back up and nothing worked but after seeing your response I tried again and it worked!   Lol, just needed a little extra support I guess.
Thank you!

Moved to Customer Service as this has nothing to do with Accessibility/disability.
