Howdy! I currently have a bundle( Internet, TV, Voice), and my initial 24month contract has expired. I'd like to switch to just the '1200MB Internet Only' option, but the automatic plan tool doesn't seem to work for me. I'd prefer to handle this via chat and not over the phone, if at all possible. C
