At my home, I cannot access beta.apple.com from any device. If I switch to AT&T cellular the web site loads just fine. I ran a traceroute and the connection seems to be getting stuck at 23.30.207.254, which is owned by Comcast. Other Apple sites such as developer.apple.com and www.a
