I have lived at my current address for over 3 years. We have had problems with service outages the whole time I've lived here. It's been so bad that Comcast installed an outage tracked on my account. On average we experience 10+ outages per month. Like many others have mentioned on here, I've had techs out multiple times and it has nothing to do with the lines in my house. Today service was out for over 12 hours. After several phone calls to Comcast there was still no resolution. All they could do is schedule a tech for 2 days later. I've been a Comcast Customer for 20 years, but that doesn't seem to matter. No one seems to want to find and fix the problem.
