Xfinity mobile is a joke. Im approved for 3 lines but only 2 can have device payments. Was going to leave Verizon and switch all my lines but they'd rather lose business than give me more lines. Not long ago was going to go and get a new device and found out I can't do device payments on a 3rd line. Said I'd go ahead and pay off another line so I can get a phone. I could but id have to wait til the next billing cycle in 3.5 weeks so the system could update. Yet my daughter was able to pay her line off and get a new phone the same day. It has been beyond frustrating trying to set up mobile service with them instead I had to stay with Verizon. I have cable, internet,a landline I never use and a security system all through Xfinity. Yet getting mobile service is like breaking into the Pentagon to get. After my last attempt of trying to get a 3rd li, being lied to by multiple agents and wasting 4 days of calling and driving back and forth to their store I'm fed up. One line has 1 more payment then I'm paying off my daughter's line and moving them back to Verizon. If they didn't have a monopoly in my area I'd cancel everything else too. Like I said, they'd rather lose business then gain more from existing customers.
