I installed Windows 10 on my HP 110 Desktop and when I tried to open my main Comcast email on the Mail app, all I get is a constant message saying, "Your email account settings are out-of-date." It gives me the option to "fix" or "dismiss". When I click on "fix", it asks me to enter my password, which I do. However, all it does is say it is syncing and then "still working on it". It never syncs and continues to ask me to enter my email. I have two other Comcast email addresses that I use for hobby and music interactions. These two addresses work perfectly and synced without any trouble. I have no problem with my main account on Windows 8.1, only since I upgraded to Windows 10. Can someone PLEASE help me resolve this.
