That’s what I do. I get a couple hundred channels but I only have 37 channels saved in my favorites. Those are the only channels I watch and I never even see the other hundred or so channels I never watch.

Since the X1 on screen guide does not indicate new programs at a glance, I have the TV Guide app installed which does indicate new programs and then use that to compare against the on screen guide to find and record new programs on the X1 guide.

My CNN has been wonky too on 2 of my 4 TVs. I called Comcast and the rep told me there's nothing wrong with the cable that my 2 TVs would need to be replaced. Well I am fairly certain there's nothing wrong with my TVs. After going round and round getting nowhere (he said they will not send out technicians during COVID) I decided to experiment myself. Long story short, Iwentinto the video output and changed it from 1080p to 1080i and it works perfect now on those 2 TVs I was told to replace. I don't know if it will work for you, but it helped me.

This is only available to X1 customers who have Comcast internet correct? Is there a comparable option/cable channel for X1 customers who use another internet Service.

My Court TV channel has been scratchy and staticky over the past few days. It is the only channel in my lineup that is doing this on all my TV.'s I did a reboot and refresh but it hasn't fixed it. Can Comcast fix one channel?

I just use the Tv Remote app. It pulls up my favorite channels and I click on the program I want to record and then select "record".

Any room DVR is not included with X1 service. I have X1 and I pay additional for Anyroom DVR.

I have an RCA TV and 3 different techinicians came out and could not get the remote to work correctly. Finally got most features to work after multile attempts, but the volume button still does not work.
