Last night I was on the phone with Xfinity customer service for over 2 hours with 4 different agents attempting to get the xFi app to work properly in order to install my new Xfinity pods. No success. My router was "provisioned" / re-started twice; I uninstalled / reinstalled the Android app three times; and I re-started my cell phone three times.
I keep getting stuck at the screen that says "Settings Update Required". I select "Update Settings", and I continually get a screen that says "Let's Try That Again. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Please try again or go back to the previous screen." Nothing works.
And yes, I had a pod plugged into an outlet that wasn't run by a light switch, and I was standing 6-8" away from the pod.
