Ever since we’ve started using Xfinity, we’ve been getting outages at least twice a day. I as well as everyone else in the household is getting tired of this. It is truly getting out of hand. We’ve spoken to customer support on many occasions and they claim there’s nothing they can do and just give me credit. Why can’t you guys fix your service? The last few months have made me want to switch back to my old ISP and honestly if things don’t fix, I will do so and I’ll make sure I let everyone know that I tell everybody I know to switch or to stop using your service. (I am a big part of my community and have a good amount of influence) I’m outraged.
