Unable to Connect to Hotspot

Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue as discussed in the forum linked below.

I used the hotspots consistently for several months, but now I am unable to connect even though the signal has multiple bars.  It is occuring for both the xfinitywifi and XFINITY, and it wont connect on multiple devices.
