Second IP Service MOTOROLA MB8600 revoked by phone support.

I few months ago I made a post about getting a second ip service for my home. Somebody for cooperate was nice enought to get me one. But when I was on phone support reactivating a modem ,the comcast employee ended up revoking my second ip service and I was wondering if I could have it reactivated.

Thanks!

Hello and thank you! I really appreciate you being a member of the Comcast Family! May I please have a private message with the name and address on the account? I'll also need your name if it's different from the primary account holder.

They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !
