Re: Xfinity Gigabit internet drops to 30mbps frequently

I have the same exact problem.  Should be getting 300mbps but I often end up maxing out at 30mbps.  I have to turn video quality down and no one can do anything if someone is streaming.  Comcast assures me everything is fine and I should keep paying.  Any resolution?

FWIW, they don't have the gigabit speed tier @RobertWy  They stated this: "Should be getting 300mbps".
