Re: Intermittent connection issues and speed
I am having the exact same issues and I'm at my wit's end. The overseas call center checks to see if it's back online and of course, it is, I just rebooted so it works. They send someone out and everything is green. Even when they are on-site and it disconnects, oh lets reboot. Oh, it's working now. This is just getting ridiculous
