Dear xfinity support team,
I have similar situation as described in the support article linked below: modem which has Link Aggregation capability - Netgear CM1100 (and also I want to explore putting my older modem into the back of my home for stronger connectivity), so for those both things I need a second IP address.

In that thread you cited, there was mention of a PDF. That's the Rate Card for your local service area.
Before we proceed, please click here and see if a second IP address is available as in the below photo. (Requires XFINITY account logon).
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I saw that. Even though it may not be on the rate card, it can be turned on by support employees, so I hope to get the same help here!
