No option to set up XFi pods in the xfinity app, only set up gateway which is already done.

As the title states, no option for me to set up my xfi pod and nothing shows up when I plug it in, but the light turns green like it’s connected but absolutely nothing shows up on the app. I’ve done all the basic troubleshooting but don’t know how to fix this as there is literally nothing I can press to even begin the xfi pod setup.
