Need Help Interpreting WinMTR Results: Packet Loss by Xfinity?

Hello,

Can somebody help me interpret these results please? Does the high packet loss starting on the second hop indicate packet loss onXfinity's end or my end? In either case, how should I go about troubleshooting this?

edit: I'm on a wired connection (not WiFi) and my download/upload speeds are great (220down/11up).
