Internets down again?!

This is my Google review.
I couldn't give less than one star or I would!! I'm in Santa Fe 87507. And this is my 3rd revision to this I got up today internet showed it was working but as soon as I went to use it the light on the box started blinking really tired of this we pay a fortune to have this service!! Internets been out for a day or so and this happens a lot with comcast. I am trying to find a new place to live so this is a huge problem! Comcast claim no issues also all they usually say is have you unplugged and restarted the modem ummm of course it had started working but was real sluggish so I naturally did that step last night haven't had internet since. This is ridiculous!! Also others in the area are constantly reporting internet issues I am not the only one!! .. I live near
