yeah so my internet has been down since 9 this morning and every time i try and call it says i cannot be connected. There is so problem with my phone service provider. This is very unprofessional and is definitely not worth how much you guys make us pay, especially since i already have enough problems with your service. I’m in the Springfield, IL area. Thank you.
