Gigabit troubles ongoing 7 months

I’ve had no luck with customer service nor techs coming to my house so I’m trying my luck here. I’ve seen people post their download and upload channels or whatever how can I post picture so you guys can take a look?

Also I’m curious everyone else’s posts I’ve seen their formats are in DB and such and mine are just straight up numbers lol

Since you are a new poster, it would need to be approved by a Forum Admin anyway. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting it at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to it here.

Nope. None of that video is an issue. I do have some event logs that show constant missing prefix and stuff option 82 and 26? Like CONSTANT every day

Also id like to add I am using a cat 7 cable tried cat 5e and 6
All with same results. So it’s not my cables. Same speed on my Xbox one x and my computer so I no it’s not a faulty device on my end. Yet everytime a tech comes out they can never figure it out.

Did a factory reset. Made it slower nice!

They tested all the lines including the modem. Got 1 gig everytime, go back to hard wiring my devices one at a time l, each one. Internet speeds got worse down to 300. Says might need new internet card. On all my devices? They’re all blown? Really lol
Also my data usage is insanely high and can’t figure out why? Could this be my speed problem? 1 TB already for 10 days into march

I'm going to escalate your ongoing issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. They will be able to poll the CMTS to see whether or not everything is in the green zone, see your node / cable plant and modem health, and also see a history plot for the modem. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

Still having the same issues I’ve been having for months and months. My question this time is about correctable codewords. I know in some explanation videos they say not to worry about them but whenever I see other people’s postings I see only a few to maybe a hundred. I currently have a BILLION correctable code words in two different channels... this has to mean something right?
