Drops connectivity several times a day...

For months now, my whole system drops and reboots several times a day. This is extremely problematic when now working from home.  My modem is less than a year old, it's a top of the line Net Gear.   I see NUMEROUS people on here complaining about the same thing, and none with any solutions... try getting someone on the phone from Comcast? Impossible... has anyone resolved the problem??  I've checked all connections, manually taken the system down myself to restart... nothing seems to solve my issues...
