Dropped Connections

Please also post the modem's signal status. Post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

Is this with a WiFi connection ?

We need to know if this is via a WiFi connection or a hardwired connection, not just that you are using a combo device...  And how about posting the signal stats as requested ?

It is a wifi connection. Where do I find the stats you need, I had poted the event logs....is it found somewhere in the router admin log in area?

O/k, for a test, does a computer hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?

And poke around in the same area(s) where you got the error log entries and you should be able to find the signal stats numbers.

The WiFi strength is not what was requested.

Try hosting your pic(s) at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to it here.
