I have my children's devices paused for bedtime. Their porfiles show that everything i s pauses until wake up time, but they are still able to access the interent all night long.

Seeing your kids be online even after setting up restrictions would be frustrating and never something we want for you to deal with. Being a father of 3 kids I can relate to making sure my kids are not online all night long too. You have come to the correct place to work alongside of you in making sure to find the proper resolution. We are in this together till the end!
I had the same thing happen to me a little while back and found out that my kids were still able to get online due to having cellular data and turning on their mobile hotspots via their phone. By any chance did you see if this might be the case?
