Consistent Internet Outage !!!

I am in the Natomas 95834 area and I've decided to go with Xfiniti this year for the purpose of reliability and speed. However, I've been getting internet outage every month! I'm trying to see if anyone on here is seeing this on a normal basis? I work from home and purposely went with the 500mbps and this continuous outage is getting a little out of hand because my job depends on having a proper stable internet service. I've lost time and work that could have been completed but can't get to it due to this constant outage. I've called in on the previous outage and request an explanation of the continued outage and the Xfiniti rep pretty much told me they were performing a scheduled maintenance and confirmed she will list me down to be notify prior to the outage! Will I guess no one notify me this time. I'm not sure if it's just this area that is having the issue or what? But I guess I will need to look elsewhere as my job absolutely required stable reliable internet!

Hi, it's not an issue with troubleshoot. It's an outage issue that Xfinity can't seemed to prevent it from reoccurring.
