Arris XB6 Modem, stability and consistency issues

Hi there, I just want to check if anyone else has the same issue with this Arris XB6 cable modem + router combo? Basically, after switching to it, my internet kept dropping for ~30s or so and come back. Which basically prevents me from working from home these days. I called comcast, talked to technician and they also sent people to check my cable in person, but still the issue existed. Is there a way to swap to a non-intel chip cable modem?
