iPhone XR won’t connect with XFi pods

So I just installed the XFi pods. My tv is connected to a pod and works fine so I know it’s not a connectivity problem with the pod. My iPhone will connect to the network but as I get further from the modem and get near the pod, the network signal still shows strong but I have NO internet access at all. Might this be a security feature? Not sure how to fix this

So after troubleshooting the simple things like restarting the modem, plugging and replugging the pods, what actually fixed this issue was resetting my iPhone Network setting.

Hello. My apologies you're experincing issues with the Xfinity xFi application. Have you attempted to connect your iPhone XR using the xFi web portal instead of the xFi application ? If not, would you kindly attempt to access xFI through the web portal and see if that helps.
