Xfinity xFi app won’t load

I have deleted the app, reloaded it. Rebooted my phone. Checked all updates. I still cannot get the app to load.

Thank you for letting us know and apologies for the hassle! If you’re on your home WiFi, can you please try switching to cellular and try accessing the app again?

You should give your modem a reset by visiting: https://www.xfinity.com/support/repair/internet

Please let us know if you’re still having issues.
