Xfi randomly pausing devices
I have multiple devices that are paused randomly at different times of the day. I have to go into my xfi and manually unpause them one by one. This happens every day, sometimes four times in a day. Anyone else have this problem or a solution?

Hi @Venger2k, I'm sorry to hear this. Can you provide some additional details?
Can you confirm that these devices are not tied to a profile that has downtime schedules set up?
Are the devices associated to a profile with an Active Time Limit set? If so, is the active time lime set up to automatically pause devices once the limit is met?

There are no schedules set up for any devices. I never pause any devices either. They are just randomly paused by xfinity throughout the day as I stated in the first message. I have reset the modem multiple times reset the gateway multiple times and replaced the modem multiple times. So what's your answer now? I'm very frustrated by this problem. I don't even want the ability to pause or set schedules on my devices!
