I have devices that are randomly being paused every day all different times throughout the day. Sometimes it's one device sometimes it's five. All paused for no reason. I have to go on the Xfinity website to my home portal and unpause each device manually. Sometimes it repauses a minute after I unpause them. This is very agrevating to say the least. I am very unhappy with this. We never had this problem before this option was introduced. We are seriously thinking about switching to A T &T if this cannot be resolved. We have done a hard reset of our modem and it has not helped at all.
