XFi App and Account App error
I’m a new customer and just received my self- installation kit. When I went to download the XFi app and when I signed in, it gave me an error message saying that while I was signed in, I must be a customer to access the app. I’m unsure about what to do because I can’t get through to an agent when I called customer service.
