Remove devices with xfi app
I have several devices listed that are not connected to my service. I would like to delete them. When I open them the only option I get is to pause them. Please help. Do I have to do this from my web browser?

Hi @Jaiswifi, devices can only be removed from the xFi Devices list once they disconnect from the network. To do this, you would select the devices from the Not Connected list, click on Device Details and then "Forget this device".
If you have devices connected that you do not recognize, you can pause the devices so that they are blocked from using your network. Once they disconnect, you can remove them.
