Neighbors trying to hack security cameras

I believe my neighbors have hired hackers to access my security cameras. I changed my router to Xfi Advanced Security for this reason. No access to my network yet, but I've had over 200 IP threats over 10 days. If course the hackers theyve hired are using ip addresses thru various countries. Do I need to hire my own hacker to catch them? I've seen a few people outside my home with laptops pointed at my house. Help!
