Loss of Internet - xFi Modem Solid orange light

Hello,
My internet service abruptly stopped working today. After several reboots - the light on my Xfi modem remains a solid orange. I have checked all connections and there are no splitters attached.
Is the modem dead?

Have you checked the MyAccount app for outages?
