Free xFi pods email link not working

After my two week period of my WiFi assessment, I received an email today stating that I qualify for free XFi pods. When I click on the link and log into my account, I get a message that states that they are temporarily not available. Any suggestions? Not sure if the link is down or the product isn’t available.
