Data usage question

I used to always look at my monthly data using xfinity XFI and it gave me accurate information Starting in the month of March it shows a lot less data then I normally use, and now in April it says that I used zero data, although I constantly streaming videos on amazon. Should I call Comcast or is it something everyone experiences?
