DVR and Cameras - IP Address Unknown

My DVR/Cameras are shoing up in my xfinity xFi app as a device without an IP address. This prohibits me from adding Port Forwarding for this device. Any ideas on how to make the IP address show in the xFi app for this device? Thanks in advance for any feedback.
