Commercials in CBS All Access & Disney + Load Time

I'm using an Xfinity gateway and an Amazon Fire Stick and it plays Hulu & IMDB Free commercials fine and loads all other streaming apps fine. Except it spends a long time buffering commercials from CBS All Access and currently won't open Disney +, though it used to. I've traced it to the gateway or to Xfinity service as it plays fine when the amazon fire stick is connected to a cell phone hot spot on another network. How can I fix the xfinity streaming?
