ftde.provision.accountMismatch error
Hello,
I'm trying to stream and am getting the "ftde.provision.accountMismatch" error. I've cleared cookies and still does not work.
Based on other threads I tried messaging ComcastAmir with info about my account but he has not responded. Is there anything else I can do?

call 800-comcast and select billing. ask the agent to fix your username to point only to your current address/account.
