Streaming recordings are only from one of my home devices. How do I gain streaming access to all?

Kind of you to respond.  Let me refrase my situation.  When travelling, I'd like to watch recordings recently made at home on my two DVRs (with device names, Media Room and Family Room).  At home I can view recordings from all devices in each room.  When mobile streaming using the Xfinity Stream app,  I'm only seeing the recordings made on the Media Room device.  Is this because I haven't synced "to the cloud"?  If so, how do I do this?

when away from home you can only watch the recordings that are still on the cloud DVR (at one of Comcast's server locations). the home recordings are not available to look at out of the home, just the cloud's recordings. the cloud recordings go just to the cloud not a named 'home' set top box location.

How do I know when I set a recording if it's going to the cloud or the home set top box?

it goes to both at the same time.

So how does the one saved to the cloud get deleted but the one on the set top box remain?

currently the cloud DVR is a managed device (server). the automated scheduler sets both your home DVRs and cloud DVRs to record.  if space is needed on either, older programs are deleted. Since the cloud DVR is currently only 60 hours it has more deletions to make room). when the scheduler removes older recordings from the cloud DVR it does not affect your home DVR.

when you have home DVR service it also include cloud DVR service. when you record, it happens on your home DVR and on the cloud Server. they are not getting the information from each other. the cloud recording will happen even if the local set top box has lost AC power.
